Management and Maintenance

The Max on Jefferson offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team in the office.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.

Amenities

To make your life in Murrieta easier, The Max on Jefferson provides a complimentary garage with each unit, and most have a designated EV charger. Additional leaseholders have available parking at no extra cost!

Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. If you prefer to pay a different way, our leasing team will also accept rent payments in the form of personal checks or certified funds. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.

At The Max on Jefferson, you have your choice of preferred internet provider—no limitations!

Utilities such as water, trash, sewer, electricity, alarm fees, and all others utility fees, will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.
